Applying for UK ResidencyThis section provides information on UK Residency.
If you are not currently in the UK, you may need to apply for a visa. You can find out more information on visa requirements from your British diplomatic post.
Visit the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) website to find your British diplomatic post. All British citizens and some commonwealth citizens have the right to live in the UK. If you wish to claim the right to live in the UK, you must prove it by producing one of the following:
